Experience:
Along Mr. Ratiu's barrister career, he successfully represented international & major Romanian companies as well as central & local authorities in high stake litigation and arbitration disputes covering inter alia financial, insurance, banking, competition, real-estate and major debt recovery issues. As a certified practitioner in restructuring & liquidation, he succeeded to find the best result-oriented solutions accepted voluntarily or under Court supervision for companies in financial need. Mr.Ratiu also co-coordinated a series of important merger & acquisition projects, including private equity.
