Experience
Mr. Ciprian Toader has comprehensive litigation experience. His practice covers all forms of dispute resolutions, including commercial litigations, tax litigation, administrative litigation, civil litigation, international arbitral litigation, post-privatization litigation etc. Over the past years, he was constantly involved in successfully representing governmental institution and private companies in disputes before the Romanian Courts. His expertise also encompasses bankruptcy proceedings and supporting a few companies with special privatization procedures.
Mr. Ciprian Toader has gained also noticeably experience in some others practice areas like: real estate, public procurement, corporate and environment.
Mr.Toader's education comprehends training in the field of Competition Law organized by the Competition Council, intensive public procurement legal course organized by the Public Procurement Monitoring Agency and also attending conferences focusing business law.
