Experience:
In over 10 years of coordinating some of the most important projects from Romania Ms. Ratiu has activated in Romania as sub-contractor of important law firms from the United States, Great Britain and Israel. During the year 2000, Ms. Ratiu has attended a professional training internship in London within an international law firm in the field of commercial properties.

At the beginning of the year 2006, the teaching activity acknowledges the completion of the PhD dissertation project on "Banking operations", as well as the coordination of the financial law seminars and of the banking course within the Law Faculty of the University of Bucharest. .
