Fee structure
When it comes to fees, the firm's attitude is flexible and open to discussion. Based on our experience, we conceived a range of options giving our clients the possibility to take the best opportunity, personalized upon their needs and financial resources.
The "R&R" fees are in principle calculated on an hourly basis, subject to negotiation under certain conditions.
An important discount is available for the clients requesting a legal assistance contract covering a minimum of 40 billable hours monthly.
Apart from the mentioned hourly fees, lump sum fees accompanied as the case may be by fixed or percentage success fees are negotiated for the legal services performed in relation with development projects of important value as well as for representing in high stake Court or Arbitration files.
Devoted to the principle of complete transparency, the Firm's policy is to provide its clients along with the invoice with a time-sheet comprehending in detail all the invoiced or not-billed services.
