EXPERIENCE
Ms.Iuliana Leon's main area of legal expertise covers the field of public procurement and commercial contracts. In this area, she has been involved in a variety of public procurement transactions, providing legal consultancy both to the public authorities and tenderers. Also, she has extended experience in public-private partnerships and real estate transactions.
Ms.Leon is a former member of the teaching staff of the Faculty of Law in Civil Law and Roman Law within Valahia University in Targoviste. Before joining the „R & R" team, Ms.Leon advised a major mobile communication company and gained a solid experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts and also in the field of labour law.
