Experience:
Mrs. Ene advised public authorities in drafting relevant legislation in the field of small and medium enterprises and cooperatives. She worked both with public institutions and private companies in the field of telecommunications law. Also, in the period 2004 - 2005 Ms. Ene was the team manager working in the project PHARE entitled "Assistance for Drafting and Promoting Regulations and Ongoing Technology Transfer for Enforcing the Legislative and Regulatory Framework, Training and Assistance for Training Strategy, Curriculum and Training Material, Development of the Training Centre, Romania" for National Authority for Communication Regulation (ANRC). Since 2005 she provides legal advice to Romanian and foreign companies acting in real estate sector, residential and office buildings as well as land acquisitions.
