- Legal assistance to the Romanian Danube waterway authority in a vast reorganization project back in 2010, which involved changes in the organizational structure and the termination or amendment of individual employment contracts, the representation of this authority in a series of disputes related to dismissals or to terminating/variating employment contracts employees in management positions, and consulting on various aspects labour relations, including refunding certain amounts paid to employees, the application of disciplinary sanctions, etc.
- Legal advice on various labour law issues, including the implementation of individual employment contracts, the collective bargaining contract concluded at company level and redundancy arrangements for a subsidiary of the Romanian National Railway Company specialized in producing, implementing and operating software applications specific to railway transportation.
- Legal advice supporting corporate reorganization, including the preparation of a new organizational chart and the redefinition of the assignments of departments that are part of the organizational structure of the Romanian National Water Management Company.
